Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Please note: During busy periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer both Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total package weight of your order.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Under 800g: $10

  • 800g–1.99kg: $15

  • 2kg–3.99kg: $20

  • 4kg and over: $25

FREE standard shipping on Australian orders of $150 or more.

Express Shipping (Australia Post)

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

  • Under 800g: $20

  • 800g–1.99kg: $25

  • 2kg–3.99kg: $30

  • 4kg and over: $35

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary depending on location

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at sales@sleepyheadstreetwear.store and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Sleepyhead Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs once the package has left our warehouse.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
