Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

Exchange

We offer size exchanges where stock is available. Please contact us first to confirm item availability before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@sleepyheadstreetwear.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
